A couple images we snapped of the Twister leaf trimmer in production. Thought I’d share them.

We're the makers of the Twister, the world's leading commercial leaf trimming machine. We set up this blog so that we can shed more light on how the Twister leaf trimmer works, as well as talk about the industry from our point of view.

Just a reminder that the “Back to Your Roots” Canadian Indoor Gardening Expo is this weekend, in Kelowna, BC. We won’t have a booth there this year, but we will be there, checking out the latest and greatest in indoor gardening. There’s so much to see, and we encourage you to check it out!

The maker of the Tumbleweed has just released a new plant trimmer called the Trim Reaper (cool name). Here’s a link to the video on YouTube, as reviewed by Remo from the Urban Grower show.
The Trim Reaper certainly has a unique design. It seems like the leaf trimmer processes a few handfuls of whatever product at a time, after which you’ll have to turn it off, empty the finished product and reload new product. With this being the case, it’s probably designed for people who don’t have that much product to work with. Anyways, the Trim Reaper power trimmer certainly looks interesting. Nice work, guys!

Seeing as though we finally launched our new web site, www.thetwistermachine.com, we thought it would also be a good idea to set up a blog so that we can, um, well… to be honest, we’re not quite sure what we’re gonna do here. I’m sure we’re probably going to talk a lot about The Twister: what it does, how it works, and why we think it’s the best plant trimmer on the market. Of course, there are other trimming machines out there (The Rolling Thunder and The Tumbleweed come to mind), and I think we might actually talk a bit about them as well; maybe we’ll compare how The Twister stacks up against the formidable competition.
In any event, we hope that at the very least we can provide some information that you might find useful. So stay tuned.
